Sublove ‎– One By One . Label: Earth Recordings ‎– EARTHX6T. When i was starting out doing tracks in early 92, i phoned Earth recordings to see if they were excepting demos and just for a bit of advice really (i was only 15), one of the sublove lads came on the phone and talked to me, gave me some sound advice, when i got signed i rang them again and they were dead. chuffed for me, I was always grateful to them for that, they also sent me a copy of "always on my mind" which is mega rare these days. This was one of the first hardcore vinyl's i bought and will remain one of my favourites. Reply Notify me 5 Helpful.

D.J Bonus seems to feature the same arpeggio violin sounding sample as in Code Red's In Your Dreams/Dreams Forever. Both good dancefloor destroyers nonetheless.

Cant believe there is not a review for this record yet. Amazing 4 track ep- The title track 'One by one' is a proper hardcore tune with those sophiticated breaks and blinding synth patterns. The vocal section fits in this track very well. Well ahead of its time a combination of Techno/Hardcore. Amazing track by the Artists better known as 'Way out west' Nick warren & Jody wisternoff. Maniac music- is also a very complex amalgamation of beats, breaks, samples and synths. This is a very well made track. Drum n bass- programme is also a very good track with an obscure collection of beats. With the sample 'Drum n bass programme' used in all the right places. Dj bonus- is to me a fantastic piece of Techno/Hardcore. Has no real vocals apart from 'Come on'. This tune is very well thought out and constructed with simplicity. Several well layered breaks and beats. The bass is something that always makes my ears prick up with that squashed techno bass rolling in all the right points. On a whole this EP is very very good and was played loads back in 92. Definately worth a purchase for any hardcore lover. Expect to pay no less than £20-30 for a good copy.
