After Chet Faker contributed vocals to Left Alone, a song from electronic producer Flume’s self-titled debut last year, the two Australians holed up for a week of recording that culminated in the three-track Lockjaw E. Despite Streten's insistence that the songs aren't like anything either has done before, not to mention both artists’ versatility-Flume remixes bangers for Mad Decent as easily as he builds pretty, twinkling tracks like Star Eyes, and Murphy adeptly covers both No Diggity and Archangel -Lockjaw succeeds when it doesn’t stray far from the template set by Left Alone.

Repress copies still avaliable from the Future Classic store here...https://store.futureclassic.com.au/collections/flume/products/flume-chet-faker-lockjaw-ep-12?variant=35029185859
Anyone know of any differences between the original and the new repress?
I have both copies, and unfortunately there is no difference at all. From the cover, to the disc everything is exactly the same. Even the scribe on the runoff is identical. It was a massive bummer because the ultra rare original press is not longer discernible from the second pressing. Quite a blunder by a record producer.
Slowly writer
Unfortunately, I think you're right. I now have 2 copies. One of which I bought a couple days before the repress released which I hope is an original and not just a repress that a record store got a bit early and sold to me. Seems wrong for Future Classic to release an identical repress for something that was so limited!
Dude I have the original press and i ordered the re-issue. They are exactly the same down to the code scratched into the vinyl. Unfortunately they changed nothing about the re-issue. Pretty annoying. Either way, it's an amazing album.
Future Classic just released a repress of this gem. Get it while you can!
But 145 have it!
vinyl please
